Education

The Personal Account is your virtual dean's office. You will use it to receive all information about your studies, schedule, grades, and important events. Using the Personal Account is a mandatory part of the educational process.

Logging into Your Personal Account

Go to the official login page: student.sechenov.ru

Enter your credentials:

  • Username: Your student ID number or contract number
  • Password: Will be sent to the email address you provided upon admission

Important information:

  • Keep your login credentials in a secure place
  • Do not share your username and password with anyone
  • If you lose your password, please contact the University's Multifunctional Center (MFC) (link to the MFC section)

After your first login, the first thing you must do is go to the "Profile" section and verify your data:

  • Full name in English (as it appears in your international passport).
  • Current email and phone number (important information will be sent to them).
  • Registration address, INN (Tax ID), SNILS.

Please note:

  • If you change your email, use the new email address and your old password for the next login.

Access your up-to-date schedule:

  • View by day of the week
  • See room numbers
  • Filter by disciplines

Attention!The schedule is subject to change; check it daily.

Student Profile

This section stores your primary information: status, institute, course, group, GPA, student ID number.

  • «My Documents»: A subsection where you can upload certificates and where electronic versions of official documents will appear.

Be sure to check and update if necessary:

  • Personal details
  • Contact information (phone, email)
  • Academic progress and payment information
